Your first step is a 60-minute private session—just you and me. You can speak freely, without judgment or filter, about intimacy, connection, self-expression, and the challenges woven through your daily life. We use this time to understand where you are, what you need, and what type of support would serve you best going forward. About Me I hold licenses in Addiction Counseling and Behavioral Health, with certifications in Polyvagal Theory, Life Coaching, and Sex & Intimacy work. My approach blends evidence-based practice with lived experience to bridge psychological insight with embodied transformation. What I Offer My coaching work is rooted in solution-focused approaches, empathic attunement, and brief, actionable interventions.
